ABOUT THE
FOUNDER

SONIA RUIZ
Sonia is passionate about empowering change makers to build more sustainable, inclusive and resilient organizations. She has a 20-year experience and a record of accomplishment in international project management, business development, marketing communications, corporate responsibility and sustainability strategy development in major corporate and non- profit environments. Prior to founding NOIMA, she held managerial positions at the Commercial Office of the Spanish Embassy, leading international B2B firms, the Organizing Committee of the Athens Olympic Games and Greenpeace. She also has a strong academic profile, and is currently an academic collaborator at the Institute of Social Innovation of ESADE Business School.
